Our annual 10-day leadership development programme for individuals with a focus on individual leader development of individuals from across the African continent, is our flagship workshop and has been hosted annually since 2002.

Organisation development interventions are tailor-made programmes that focus on broader organisation development and includes individual and team development in the nutrition sector.

We also offer blended online and in-person leadership development programmes in both English and French.
